Study Space Reservations

Current undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff may reserve up to 3 hours once every 24 hours up to 3 days in advance. Each individual can reserve up to 6 hours per week. UCLA Extension students are not eligible for room reservations.

Books are stored in alphanumeric order by call number at each library. Use your BruinCard or UCLA Library Card to check out your items at a circulation desk or self-checkout machine.

Oftentimes, you will need to reserve the room in advance, but this is not always the case. Some libraries will allow you to use any study room you please as long as it is open when you get there. For exceptionally large groups, you may want to consider asking about using a large meeting room at the library.
